Skinner Park can be found in the city of San Fernando, which is one of only two cities that exist in the twin Island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.Skinner Park was given to the people of San Fernando for recreational purposes such as cricket, Football and various athletics events.It is also used every year for the cities carnival where historicaly it is the place where the local bands are judged.
