Primarily a football venue and the home of First Vienna FC, Hohe Warte Stadium has occasionally played host to Austrian international rugby matches and the Vienna Vikings American Football team. The stadium was the main venue in Austria in the 1920's and once attracted a near 80,000 attendance during an International between Austria and Italy in 1921.
